Meet the Founders

Mariyah and Mustansir Saifuddin each bring more than 25 years of technology and industry experience. They lead a group of experienced, vetted technical consultants.

Mariyah Saifuddin

Co-founder and CEO

Mariyah grew up in a family business. She uses her IT and entrepreneurship experience to build teams that drive business growth, and supports organizations on their AI and cloud journeys.

Her leadership has earned national and regional recognition, including Crain's Detroit Business Notable Nonprofit Board Leader, Enterprising Women of the Year Awardee and Top Women in Tech honoree. She has been invited to speak at forums around the world on the impact of AI on business and women.

She is an alum of Goldman Sachs 10KSB and the WBENC-IBM Executive Education Program at Tuck, a past president of the NAWBO Greater Detroit Chapter, and a board director for CARES in Farmington Hills, the first Michigan food pantry with an on-site SNAP store.

Mustansir Saifuddin

Co-founder and Practice Lead

Mustansir brings more than 25 years of IT and industry experience across automotive, consumer goods, construction, food, manufacturing, professional services and utilities. Many of the solutions he helped build over a decade ago still deliver results for his clients today.

He brings technical and business teams to one goal and manages teams large and small, onshore and offshore. He hosts the Tech-Driven Business podcast and supports the Midwest ASUG Chapter as BI Program Chair.
