Our Team

The founders, Mariyah and Mustansir Saifuddin of Innovative Solution Partners, each bring more than 25 years of technology and industry experience. It’s hard to believe, but they began their careers when the internet was taking off, email was just starting to gain traction, and cellphones were so big they couldn’t fit in your pocket. Fast forward to today, the founders along with their group of experienced and vetted technical consultants are as passionate as ever to help connect the dots between people, operations, and technology.

Mariyah Saifuddin

Mariyah Saifuddin grew up in a family business and now uses her years of IT and entrepreneurship experience to create powerful teams and organizations to drive business growth. Her passion lies in supporting businesses to take advantage of technology, and her decades of IT and entrepreneurship experience help her team fulfill its  mission of connecting the dots between people, operations, and technology to achieve clarity across an organization. This includes supporting organizations on their AI and cloud journeys.

With Mariyah at the helm, Innovative Solution Partners is a certified minority and women-owned enterprise and WOSB. She serves as the president for the the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)  Greater Detroit Chapter. She also is on the  Board Director for CARES in Farmington Hills, the first Michigan food pantry to have an on-site SNAP store.

Mariyah was recently recognized as one of the Top Women in Tech in 2024 by Purpose Jobs and was previously recognized as an Enterprising Women Honoree for her commitment to business and the community.

At a personal level, she is committed to supporting others as they grow and expand in their careers as well as being active in the entrepreneur ecosystem where you can hear her speak on podcasts and conferences. She  is an alum of Goldman Sachs 10KSB, and the WBENC-IBM Executive Education Program at Tuck.

Additionally, she is a Michigan Women’s Marketplace School of Business Strategies instructor for the virtual course, Achieving Business Success in 2021 Using Metrics.

Mustansir Saifuddin

Mustansir Saifuddin is a passionate and visionary leader. His 25+ years of IT and industry experience includes the automotive, consumer goods, construction, food, manufacturing, professional services, and utility industries. Many of the solutions he helped build over a decade ago are still providing results for his customers today.

His passion for bringing together technical and business teams to reach a common goal, results in successful project implementation regardless of project size. His ability to manage teams, both large and small, and onshore and offshore, proves to be priceless for customers.

You can find him speaking at ASUG events, where he supports the Midwest ASUG Chapter as BI Program Chair.
