The customer’s SAP user community faced a variety of challenges when working with SAP’s Business Warehouse system and the corresponding Business Objects and Microsoft PowerBI reporting solutions.

This included:

  • Untimely data availability due to prolonged data extraction and transformation affecting business performance.
  • Report performance degradation as data volume increased as more entities went live on SAP ECC and BW.
  • Challenges with month end reporting and the need for more real time reporting.

RESULTS
